Privacy Policy
Who we are
MN8 is the photography practice of Aitch Hubber. This policy explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what rights you have over it. If you have any question about it, contact info@mn8.uk.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you submit yourself through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. You confirm you're happy to be contacted back before the form can be sent.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is a light/dark display preference, saved locally on your own device — it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details solely to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis for this is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to past conversations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't share, sell, or pass your data to any third party. Messages are stored in our content management system, hosted on our own server, not a third-party platform.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at any time — email info@mn8.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
